Your cappuccino is never right....Always more milk...can't taste the coffee at all. Not sure if it's ab issue of cost..if so adjust the price and let's have a bit more coffee in there.

They mixed the caramel syrup with my coffee without consulting me how much of it i wanted in my drink or better yet just packing it separately with my coffee for me to use at my pleasure. I had ordered a latte macchiato with caramel syrup to go. They should have just packed it separately.

Service slow, staff focused inwards instead of on the customers. Even after receiving a request for serviettes took atleast two minutes to deliver on the table. Excessive chattering between staff.

I was really amazed today morning with their service not good

Hey, My experience today was quite underwhelming. 1. I ordered drinking chocolate and a piece of carrot cake,The cake was great but I wouldn’t mind lesser dried fruits in it. 2. The drinking chocolate had a baby cockroach in it, that wasn’t pleasant at all so I ended up ordering tea. 3. When the tea came it was tea masala that I hadn’t ordered for and couldn’t take coz of the spice. 4. When you sit upstairs it takes long to be attended to since there’s no waiter around. I hope this feedback helps you to better your clients experience.
